RESUME > Add Resume

Allows you to add new resumes in resource management system.


  1. For adding a new resume, start by adding E-mail ID of the candidate
  2. Enter the SSN number(if available) of the candidate
  3. Enter First Name of the candidate
  4. Last Name of the candidate

After entering the above details click on 'Continue' to go to next page as shown below :


You have to fill the following details here :

  1. This field is for entering Email ID of the Candidate. It automatically loads the Email ID provided in previous page
  2. In this field you have to provide valid SSN number of the candidate (if available).
  3. Select the country from the given drop down list. By default, USA will be selected.
  4. Enter the Nick Name of the candidate (optional).
  5. Enter the First Name of the candidate.
  6. Enter middle name of the candidate(if any)
  7. Enter Last name of the candidate.
  8. Enter the telephone number (which is mandatory) and cell number (optional) of the candidate.
  9. Enter first line of the address here.
  10. Use this textbox for entering second line of candidate’s address.
  11. Using this drop down, you can select the state of the candidate.
  12. Use these text boxes for entering City and zip code for the candidate.
  13. From this drop down list, Select the category which candidate prefer. See the below image (Image-1) for available list items.
  14. Select the experience (duration) of the candidate using this drop down list.
  15. You have to select the work type preferred by the candidate.
  16. Select the work status of the candidate from the given dropdown (see Image-2).
  17. Select the status of the candidate in RMS
  18. If you want to give a title for this resume, use this text box.
  19. Enter all the skills of the candidate separated by a comma.
  20. Copy-paste the contents of the resume here. You can use ‘+’ and ‘-‘ buttons for adjusting the size of the text box.
  21. Click on browse button to select the resume file. Then click on send to upload it.

After entering the necessary details click 'next' to go to qualification and experience tab.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications and experience tab looks like below :

This tab is for entering details regarding Qualification and experience.

You have to enter the the following details here :

      1. Enter the highest qualification details for the candidate here.
      2. Secondary qualification details can be entered here.
      3. If the candidate have any certifications or accreditations, use this text box for entering the details
      4. Move items between text boxes ‘List’ and ‘Experienced’ using navigation keys (5) to (8).
      5. Available vertical categories are listed here. Move the vertical categories (in which candidate has experience) to right using navigation buttons provided in between the text boxes.


After filling the necessary details, click on 'Next' to go to Optional Information tab.

Optional Information tab looks like below :


In this page, you have to enter the following details :


  1. Enter the expected compensation in text boxes provided. Use the drop down list for selecting the bill type
  2. If benefits are required , select ‘Yes’.
  3. Select gender of the candidate.
  4. Nationality can be selected from the given drop down list.
  5. Select the Ethnicity of the candidate using the drop down list provided.
  6. If candidate is willing to relocate, select ‘Yes’.
  7. Mention the languages known in the text boxes, and use checkboxes for marking proficiency
  8. If you wish to add any notes to the recruiter regarding this resume, feel free to write it down here.


After filling the information, click on 'Save' to add the resume.
